Snow Report: Thursday January 25th

Temperatures on the mountains are on the cool, not cold side in some areas. New additions to the snow have been welcomed over the past day or so. As I have heard, any snow is good snow as there may be a few flakes falling on the mountains overnight. The unfortunate aspect to the forecast over the weekend and into next week is a warm up. Temps will be warm enough to push snow levels well into the 7500 foot range this weekend. Precipitation is in the cards, but we may see some rain mingled into the forecast at times due to the warmer surge of air this weekend from the southwest.
