Snowy weather continues in the mountains! Models are in firm agreement with the cold front currently making its way across the Cascades and bringing with it precipitation. Expect at least an additional 5-15 inches along the Cascades with higher amounts at the peaks.

A Winter Storm Warning in the East Slopes of the Cascades including La Pine and Sunriver in place until 4am Friday due to heavy snow above 4000 ft. Accumulations of 12-24 inches are possible and wind gusts as high as 60mph.  3-6” possible in the lower elevations and up to 20” in the Santiam Pass.
