More snow through the weekend

Happy Friday!

More snow showers are likely today. Some areas could be dealing with patchy blowing snow which could affect visibility on the roads. Be careful driving because black ice is possible with these below freezing temperatures.

We are seeing cooler highs ranging from the upper 20s to low 40s today. Temperatures are below normal for this time of year.

The snow will be present over the weekend but the accumulations away from the mountains will be light. Breezy winds are expected with gusts up to 35 mph.

This pattern of light and wet snow each day followed by cold and icy nights will not change for a while.  This is going to be our weather pattern into the middle of the first week of March.
