Bend High softball dominates Silverton and reaches their first state championship game in program history

On Tuesday, the Bend High Lava Bears came out ready to win. On their third attempt to reach the state semifinal game in three years, the Lava Bears pulled out the win, defeating Silverton 6-0. The Lava Bears started strong as UCLA commit Addisen Fisher his a two-run home run in the first inning. Fisher also dominated in the circle, as she pitched a complete-game shutout.
