Central Oregon, what's going on?!

I'm thrilled to wake you up every morning on the 2-hour Sunrise newscast and then report on issues important to Central Oregon.

The early hours are not new to me, as I come to Bend from Grand Junction, Colorado, after working in a similar role for two years. This Louisiana native has learned to love the beauty of the West. Growing up, I was fortunate to see different parts of the United States, as my parents served in the military.

After attending​ Prairie View A&M and playing football, I pursued a broadcasting education at the Dan Patrick School of Sportscasting at Full Sail University, where I graduated as valedictorian.

My time as a journalist has taught me community matters, and I'm anxious to share stories about what makes Central Oregon stand out.

When not in the newsroom or chasing down a story, I enjoy ​working out, playing video games and exploring my new home of Oregon. I'm not shy at all, so please don't be, if you see me out and about!
