Temporary closure slated for Rimrock Trailhead during parking lot maintenance

U.S. Forest Service

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Rimrock Trailhead and parking area will be closed to all traffic, including vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians August 1-2 for parking lot maintenance to repair potholes, the Deschutes National Forest said. Any breaches to the closed area could delay operations and extend the closure.

Additionally, on Tuesday, July 23, a portion of the Rimrock Trailhead parking lot will be closed to allow for the delivery of gravel in preparation of the repairs.
