Mystery solved: What’s with the red semitruck cab parked for months at Prineville Reservoir?

For weeks, no months, we've gotten occasional questions about a red semitruck cab that's prominently visible in the Prineville Reservoir State Park live webcam shot that we show most nights in our Local Alert Weather. We checked with Oregon State Parks and learned it belongs to the camp host. Mystery solved!
