Special back-to-school occasion: R.E. Jewell Elementary School in SE Bend celebrates 50th anniversary

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — R.E. Jewell Elementary School in southeast Bend is celebrating a very special back-to-school time, as this year marks the school’s 50th anniversary.
