Warm weekend before seasonable temps return

This weekend’s forecast will have something for just about everyone. Today and tomorrow, we will be on the warm side, above normal, with temperatures sitting in the upper 70s and low 80s. Saturday will spike into mid 80s for some of us. Sunny and dry conditions are expected for the weekend.

A cold front moves through today, but it’s weak and won’t affect our temperatures much. It will contribute to a breeze this afternoon but nothing overwhelming.

Sunday, cooler air moves in and we have a drop in temperature to more seasonable highs, in the upper 60s and low 70s. Average temperatures to close September out with are in the low 70s. We will be right about there.

Overall, it looks so be a really quiet, calm, and comfortable weekend. You’ll be able to spend plenty of time enjoying the leaves change color while also enjoying the sunshine. It's a great weekend to do some hiking, walk the pup, or even a last dip in the river.

Monday remains cool but temperatures spike again on Tuesday. It won’t stay warm for long because we’ll see temperatures cool again Wednesday to near normal for a “fall-feel” kind of day.

Happy Friday, have a great weekend!
