‘Know Secrets’ this September with the Deschutes Public Library at a variety of events

— Psst! The cat’s out of the bag this September as the Deschutes Public Library reveals “Know Secrets.”
Plan the trip of a lifetime driving 1,800 miles along the Alaska-Canada Highway. Try real-world treasure hunting with geocaching and learn to set healthy, sustainable boundaries with confidence. Hear secrets revealed of the Communist era’s Red Spy Queen and get answers to questions about end-of-life care.
Teens can learn to make Ukrainian crêpes and attend a two-day whitewater kayaking series. Kids can discover the secrets of Tumalo Creek and uncover the hidden world of math through fun and games.
All programs are free and open to the public. Programs marked with an asterisk (*) require registration.
