Bend High girls soccer wins state semifinal rematch against Caldera to open league

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Bend High Lava Bears went on a cinderella run a year ago, all the way to the state championship. In their path was the Caldera Wolfpack who they beat in the 5A state semifinals. This year it is the same story; to open league play in the IMC Bend High beat the Wolfpack 2-0 to begin the season 3-0. Bend High is returning almost their entire team this year and went from underdog to a team with a target on their back.
