Redmond Christmas tree arrives, ready for holiday festivities

REDMOND, Ore (KTVZ) — The Redmond community Christmas tree has arrived at Centennial Park, ready to serve as the centerpiece for the upcoming holiday festivities.

The tree was donated by the Haines family, who reached out in July with an offer to donate a tree that needed to be removed. With the help of Vernam Crane and the City of Redmond Public Works, the tree was successfully transported and installed at Centennial Park.

The official tree lighting ceremony is scheduled to take place following the Starlight Parade on November 29. This event is anticipated to bring together residents and visitors to celebrate the holiday season.

The arrival of the Christmas tree marks the beginning of the holiday season in Redmond, with the community eagerly awaiting the upcoming festivities.
