Hoodoo hosting New Year’s Eve bash before closing again

SISTERS, Ore. (KTVZ) — Hoodoo Ski Area will host its annual New Year's Eve celebration on December 31, then close until more snow falls.

The Easy Rider lift will operate from 4 to 9 p.m., with no other lifts running and uphill travel prohibited. The lodge stays open until midnight, featuring live music by Leroy and the Sidekicks, food and beverage specials, and a fireworks show starting around 9:20 p.m. Parking opens at 3:30 p.m.; early arrivals are discouraged.

The family-friendly event welcomes non-skiers to enjoy the lodge atmosphere and free live music. Hoodoo will close January 1 and remain shut until more snow falls.
