Mikaela Shiffrin finished Run 1 of the Olympic women’s slalom in 47.13 seconds for a 0.82-second lead over Germany’s Lena Duerr ahead of Run 2 at the Tofane Alpine Skiing Centre in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
