BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- For Friday evening's Pet Pals segment, Lynne Ouchida of the Humane Society of Central Oregon brought by Minnie, a shy 2 1/2-year-old pooch who she says will "stick to you like Velcro," once she comes out of her shell with her new, patient owner.
