Junior Forecaster: Kai has a birthday forecast for Central Oregon

Kai is a fourth grade student at North Star Elementary School and is a fan of math and social studies. The big news for the day for Kai is that he is celebrating his 10th birthday today. Celebrations all day at school and tonight is Navigator Night, which is the end of year celebration for the school. Seems like a lot of celebrating going on this week for Kai.

Kai enjoys all sorts of weather but a nice snow storm is his favorite. Not too much snow, because that would be dangerous, but just enough to enjoy is what he likes.
