Junior Forecaster: 6th Grader Noah from La Pine Middle loves Math and Soccer

Noah, a sixth grade student from La Pine Middle School, recently appeared as a junior forecaster, delivering the weather report for several local cities. His forecast predicted mostly sunny conditions with temperatures near 80 degrees for the upcoming week.

His report included specific temperature forecasts for Redmond, La Pine, Sisters and Bend.

Noah, who enjoys mathematics and soccer, provided detailed forecasts for both evening lows and daytime highs. His interests align with meteorology, which often involves math and science.

The segment highlighted a period of pleasant weather, transitioning into conditions feeling "more like summer."

For the evening, Redmond was forecast to reach a low of 38 degrees. La Pine was predicted to have a low of 32 degrees, and Sisters a low of 35 degrees. Bend's forecast for the evening was 39 degrees and partly cloudy.

Looking ahead to the following day, Sisters was expected to see a high of 79 degrees. Redmond's high was forecast at 80 degrees, and La Pine at 78 degrees. Bend's forecast for Thursday was 81 degrees and mostly sunny.

Noah, who attends La Pine Middle School, stated that his favorite subject is math. He also enjoys playing soccer.

He described the outlook for the remainder of the week as "pretty sunny with, flat line of about 80 degrees."
