RootedHomes cuts prices by $25,000 at Redmond’s Antler community

Bend, Ore. (KTVZ) --- Applications have opened on a first-come, first-served basis for homes at the Antler community in Redmond. RootedHomes announced a $25,000 price reduction on selected units for eligible buyers.

Antler is a mixed-income community in Redmond that includes energy-efficient homes. The development features affordable options for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income, as well as units for households earning between 80% and 120% AMI.

Under the updated pricing structure, prices for households earning at or below 80% AMI have dropped by $25,000. A two-bedroom, 1.5-bath accessible duplex is now priced at $238,000 down from $263,000. Three-bedroom, two-bath duplexes were reduced from $294,000 to $269,000, while three-bedroom, two-bath single-family homes decreased from $340,000 to $315,000. For households earning between 80% and 120% AMI, three-bedroom, two-bath single-family homes are available for $399,000.

In Redmond, the agency operates Flex Routes A and B with connections to Redmond Airport, as well as public Dial-A-Ride service. CET also operates fixed-route buses in Bend and Community Connector routes linking Bend, Redmond, Sisters, La Pine, Madras, Prineville and Warm Springs.
