Few showers today, slight chance for an isolated storm

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - A few showers will return to Central Oregon today as the rainy pattern continues.
The chance for an isolated storm is not off the table.

Highs are well below normal in the low to mid 60s. Normally, we see temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s in early September. Winds will pick up as well, though they won’t be as robust.

Showers and thunderstorm chances will return Friday with highs in the low 60s.

The cooler weather will continue through the holiday weekend with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s.

There is a slight chance of rain Saturday, with showers becoming more likely Sunday. An isolated thunderstorm is also possible.

Labor Day will likely be cloudy, but rain should not be a concern. Highs will reach the low 70s.

More sunshine and warmer temperatures return Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs climbing into the mid to upper 70s.
