KTVZ

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Most of the High Desert is waking up to below-freezing temperatures and frost this morning. Make sure the kids grab a jacket before heading to the bus stop because it’s a chilly start to the day!

Expect partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies today, with seasonable highs in the low to mid 60s.

Overnight temperatures will drop into the 30s, with some spots falling below freezing again.

The warming trend continues, with highs reaching the low 70s Wednesday and Thursday.

Friday will be the warmest day of the week, with sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s. A few spots could even reach the low 80s!

The chance for overnight frost decreases later this week as nighttime temperatures warm.

A cooling trend begins this weekend, with a mix of sunshine and clouds. Highs will reach the low 70s Saturday before falling into the upper 60s Sunday.

Dry weather continues over the next several days. Our next chance for showers arrives Monday, when highs drop into the mid 50s.
