Deschutes Stabilization Center gets staffing funds

Deschutes County Health Services is getting some funding help from the Central Oregon Health Council and sheriff’s office to staff the Stabilization Center, designed to help those in crisis need of mental health services, opening May 1 at the public safety campus off Highway 20.
