Car theft suspect shot by deputy getting new lawyer

Adam Gilliam, the car theft suspect shot by a Deschutes County sheriff's deputy last November, was back in court Friday, where he told the judge he wants to plead not guilty, expressed frustration with delays in the case -- and is getting a new lawyer.
