BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The City of Bend will be releasing a weekly road and traffic report each Friday during peak construction season to help members of our community plan the quickest, safest and most reliable routes to their destinations. The weekly report is intended to provide information about various projects within City limits that impact public roadways.
To receive the weekly report weekly report for the rest of this season, individuals must subscribe to Weekly Road and Traffic Reports, found under “news” at www.bendoregon.gov/enews.
Travelers can also check in on our interactive, online map at www.bendoregon.gov/traffic.
Weekly Road and Traffic Report for the Week of April 13 - April 19:
· Don Street east of NE Gracie lane for infrastructure installation, full road closure with access to residents, 3/31/20 - 4/14/20, 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
· 15th Street between SE Ferguson Street and Chloe Lane for infrastructure installation, single lane closure with flagging, 4/2/20 - 4/30/20, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
· SE Glenwood Drive between SE 5th Street and NE 9th Street for infrastructure installation, single lane closure with flagging, 4/15/20 - 5/13/20, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
· King Solomon Court off of SE King Hezekiah Way for infrastructure installation in relation to a neighborhood extension project, full road closure with local access only, began 3/13/20
· NE 27th Street between NE Butler Market and Jill Avenue for roadwork related to roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, 4/13/20 - 7/27/20
· NE Butler Market Road between NE 27th Street and NE Marys Grace Lane for roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, begins 4/13/20
· Deschutes Market Road between NE Butler Market Road and Monticello Drive for roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, begins 4/13/20
Ongoing Closures:
· Knott Road between Brosterhous Road and SE Raintree Drive for construction of a new roundabout at Knott Road and 15th Street intersection, bypass road to be constructed with local access to Tekampe Road, Begins 3/16/20
· 15th Street between Knott Road and the new collector road for infrastructure installation, full closure of the roadway, 12/26/20 - 7/31/20
· NE Butler Market Road between Deschutes Market Road and Eagle Road for roundabout construction, full road closure with detour, begins 4/3/20
· Desert Woods Drive between Greenmont Drive and 15th Street for infrastructure installation, full road closure with local access only, began 3/11/20
Future Closures:
· 15th Street between Desert Woods drive to Hollis Lane for infrastructure installation, full closure of the roadway to begin 6/1/20.
Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and other factors.
