Update: Jefferson County joins Deschutes, Crook in Phase 1 reopening Friday

Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties will be allowed to enter phase one of reopening starting Friday. This includes restaurants for sit down service, barbers, salons, gyms, and in person gatherings of up to 25 people.
