Pet Pals: Jefferson is one lively, smart puppy

Jefferson is a 10-week-old cattle dog mix from an extremely smart, high-energy litter, and he'll be ready for adoption soon, according to the Humane Society of Central Oregon.

By the way, we just learned Redmond's BrightSide Animal Center has reopened to the public, with appointments no longer required -- but masks requested.
