Cascade Chute Out rodeo hits the chute, as the smoke clears

The one-time-only Cascade Chute Out rodeo event didn't happen without some hiccups. First, some major adjustments were made to adhere to COVID-19 regulations, and in recent days smoke has been blanketing Central Oregon. NewsChannel 21's Jordan Williams visited the Deschutes County fairgrounds to see if things improved and find out how the animals are handling the smoke.
