Oregon reports no new COVID-19 deaths, 288 new cases
Monday's case count includes 11 in Deschutes County, 3 in Jefferson County
PORTLAND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The state’s death toll from COVID-19 is unchanged from Sunday and remains at 572, along with 288 new cases, the Oregon Health Authority reported Monday.
OHA reported 288 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 as of 12:01 a.m. Monday, bringing the state total to 35,049 cases and 673,963 negative test results.
The new confirmed and presumptive COVID-19 cases reported Monday are in the following counties: Benton (2), Clackamas (25), Columbia (5), Coos (4), Deschutes (11), Douglas (2), Jackson (14), Jefferson (3), Josephine (6), Klamath (3), Lane (33), Linn (7), Malheur (8), Marion (52), Morrow (1), Multnomah (61), Polk (3), Umatilla (7), Wasco (1), Washington (35), and Yamhill (5).
Crook County has had 63 COVID-19 cases, one death and 2,690 negative test results, Monday's OHA report said. Deschutes County has had 917 cases, 12 deaths and 31,938 negative test results. Jefferson County has had 565 cases, eight deaths and 5,030 negative test results.
Last week, Deschutes County reported 69 COVID-19 cases, one fewer than the previous week.
St. Charles Health System reported it had five COVID-19 patients as of 8:30 a.m. Monday, one of whom was in the ICU but not on a ventilator.
