Sunriver Music FestivalThe Sunriver Music Festival is a non-profit organization offering a two-week classical music festival in August and several winter Fireside Concerts, November to February.  Each summer, classical musicians from all around the US come to Sunriver to create the very talented Sunriver Music Festival Orchestra.  Classical performances are held in the Sunriver Resort Great Hall and the Tower Theatre in Bend.  Music education programs run year-round in the Bend-LaPine schools providing Artist in Residence programs, educational concerts, workshops and grants for musical instrument purchases.  The Young Artist Scholarship is considered one of the premier youth music programs in the northwest offering scholarships between $100 – $3,000 to classical music students from Central Oregon.
