Prineville PD seek tips to find stolen horse trailer
Was being used to collect bottle deposits for CCHS students' senior class party
PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Prineville police turned to the public for tips Tuesday in the recent theft of a horse trailer parked in a grocery store parking lot that was being used to raise funds for Crook County High School students.
The green and white trailer was taken from the Ray's Food place parking lot at Ochoco Plaza on Nov. 19-20, officers said.
It was stored there so CCHS students could collect bottle deposits for their senior class party.
The words Pea Pod are written on both sides, in white paint.
Anyone with information on who might have taken the trailer or where it might be was asked to contact Officer Dallas Wilson at dwilson@prinevillepd.org or call dispatchers at 541-447-4168. You can also send a private message to Prineville police at the department's Facebook page.
