C.O. irrigation modernization projects break ground

Several irrigation modernization projects in Oregon are breaking ground, including three in Central Oregon. Senator Jeff Merkley was a key player in this effort by creating and funding a program at state and national levels. Irrigation modernization is good for water conservation, food security, job creation, and endangered fish and wildlife habitats.
