Jasmyn Troncoso speaks on settlement, disputes DA’s stance

Former Deschutes County deputy DA Jasmyn Troncoso told NewsChannel 21 on Friday that a co-worker's offensive mug discussed in DA John Hummel's announcement was so "inconsequential," compared to the larger issues and allegations, that it was not even discussed during talks that led to her nearly $88,000 settlement with the county.
