La Pine RR crossing to close Tuesday

On Tuesday, January 22, crews from Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad will be repairing the railroad crossing on La Pine State Recreation Road, north of La Pine. The existing crossing will be closed to traffic for approximately four hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the repair.

Local traffic will need to take alternative routes during that time. From the north, exit at South Century Drive or Vandervert Road. From the south, Burgess Road to Huntington Road is available. Highway 97 will not be affected.
