’50s night at Redmond ice rink; closing soon

The Redmond Ice Skating Rink will be hosting a 50s Skate Night on Saturday, March 2, 5:00 – 9:00 PM, featuring music from the 1950s and hosting a costume contest.

The City of Redmond and Redmond Area Park and Recreation District are hosting the event as an end of season party for the Ice Skating Rink celebrating another popular season. The Ice Skating Rink will be open for regular skating hours until March 10. On Monday, March 11, it will be closed for the season.

Regular skating hours are: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Sunday. The entrance fee will be $1, with rental skates available for another $3. A family rate of $12 is available for persons residing in the same household, up to six people.
