Oregon Advertising Awards handed out

The Pacific Northwest District (District XI) of the American Advertising Federation has announced its local Oregon Advertising Awards recipients, which honored several Central Oregon-based advertising agencies, area companies, and non-profit organizations.

The Oregon Advertising Awards is an annual creative competition sponsored by District XI of the America Advertising Federation (AAF); the advertising industry’s largest trade organization. District XI is comprised of local clubs in the states of Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana.

The Oregon Advertising Awards are the second tier of a three-tiered national competition sponsored by AAF.

A panel of advertising creative veterans convened in Bend, Oregon in late February to judge the entries. Judges included Daniel Andreani, Creative Director at McKee Wallwork + Company in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Anders Gustafsson, Creative Director at TBWA Media Arts Lab in Los Angeles, and Gary Sume, Creative Director at Richter7 in Salt Lake City.
