Extraordinary Living Magazine News

KTVZ

Extraordinary Living Summer Edition to hit stands June 9th. Just like our business, the Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty Brand continues to grow with the presentation of innovative new tools such as our recently launched website and a number of growing media relationships such as that with 1859 Magazine. This upcoming magazine edition will be the first edition created with the publishers of the much loved Oregon magazine, 1859. As we hope to do here on KTVZ.com, our magazine is meant to deliver a complete experience. As leaders in the local real estate market, we want to share more than just our knowledge of properties but also of this area that we all love so much. With the team at 1859 behind us we will be bringing design trends, reviews of local eateries, highlights of cultural events and of course the best of Central Oregon Real Estate.

Extraordinary Living, our flagship publication, has grown tremendously over the last 18 months, with the size increasing by 349% and overall reach expanding by 361%. We now print 15,000 copies per quarter and our online readership rivals that number! Summer 2014 Extraordinary Living is even bigger and better! This recent expansion not only includes more comprehensive content and stories but another key partnership for the delivery of our publication to over 3,000 homes in Bend and 400 in Sisters. Working with local non-profit Abilitree we are able to provide this service and, more importantly, work to foster and build local business relationships which is at the backbone of our beliefs. For years Abilitree has been pairing reliable, dedicated employees with disabilities with businesses looking to expand or invest in a partnership that offered a little more to the community.
