Oregon Health Authority investigates Deschutes County Jail COVID-19 outbreak

The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office reports 13 jail inmates and four staff have tested positive for COVID-19, but the Oregon Health Authority listed 29 cases in its weekly outbreak report, apparently including members of staff households.
