Lighting of large menorah in Bend’s Old Mill marks start of Hanukkah

Rabbi Yitzchok Feldman of the Chabad of Central Oregon lit the first torch on a large menorah in Bend's Old Mill on Sunday evening, which along with other traditional music, dance and festivities marked the start of Hanukkah, the 8-day Festival of Lights.
