Blazers look to a more steady future after stormy start

The Portland Trail Blazers are having a stormy season with a string of losses, a front office shakeup and trade rumors that continue to swirl. There’s also been a spate of injuries, most notably to All-Star Damian Lillard. But first-year coach Chauncey Billups is confident the team is headed in the right direction. Joe Cronin, the interim general manager, says he’s been given the green light to pursue deals as he sees fit.
