The Giving Plate hosts Jingle Store, a very special time for 100s of C.O. youngsters

Children from low- and moderate-income families got to walk through a winter wonderland Saturday, meet Santa and choose gifts for themselves or others, thanks to The Giving Plate and many in the community.
