Deschutes County SO seeks help finding fugitive

KTVZ

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said Monday it is seeking the assistance of the public across Central Oregon to be on the lookout for a Prineville-area man wanted on several outstanding warrants, including felon in possession of a firearm.

Lt. Chad Davis said Clay Wesley Jamison also is sought on warrants charging stalking, computer crime and violation or a restraining order.

Jamison is believed to be living in the Prineville area, Davis said, but is known to frequent Madras, Redmond, Bend and the Willamette Valley.

Jamison, 36, is described as a white male, 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds, and may have dyed black or dark hair, with a beard, and blue eyes. He might be driving an unknown make or model silver passenger car or green pickup truck.

The public is asked to contact the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office at 541-693-6911 , with any information regarding the whereabouts of Jamison.

“There is no specific information at this time about Jamison being a danger to the public,” Davis said. “However, the public is asked to contact the sheriff’s office or their local law enforcement agency if he is seen.”
