Ferguson Road to close for sewer project

Beginning next Monday, Ferguson Road will be closed between 15th Street and King Solomon Lane for construction of a sewer line, Bend officials said.

The closure is scheduled for 60 days. Eastbound traffic will be detoured south on 15th Street to Knott Road, then east to 27th Street. Westbound traffic will be detoured south on 27th Street to Knott Road, then north on 15th Street.

Construction of this sewer line is part of the Southeast Interceptor Project (SEI). The SEI is an addition to the City’s sewer collection system that will provide additional capacity to the southwest, southeast, northeast, and central areas of Bend.
