New memorial highway sign honors fallen Bend Marine Jack Ostrovsky

The family of a fallen Bend Marine, one of nine killed in a 2020 training exercise, was on hand Thursday for installation of a highway sign honoring Lance Corporal Jack Ryan Ostrovsky along the Cascade Lakes Highway, the road to Mt. Bachelor, where he loved to snowboard.
