Hazard trees being removed at Odell Lake campground

Starting Monday and lasting several weeks, contractors will be removing hazard trees from the Princess Creek Campground, located on Odell Lake.

The popular campground on the Crescent Ranger District will remain closed for the duration of the hazard tree removal operations, officials said Monday, but the Day Use and Boat Launch sites will remain open until weather conditions close them for the season.

Visitors to the Princess Creek site are reminded to use caution in the area, as heavy equipment traffic will be in and out of the site.
