GRANTS PASS, Ore. (AP) – Josephine County prosecutors want a judge to revoke the probation of a man who installed a camera in the dressing room of a Grants Pass clothing store and is now accused of stalking a teenage barista at a Medford coffee stand.

The Grants Pass Daily Courier reports (http://bit.ly/2oIV444 ) 43-year-old Curtis Fleming was sentenced to 30 days in jail after the camera was discovered last August. But his three-year probationary period was full of conditions, including that he have no contact with minors.

The 17-year-old barista complained to police about Fleming and he was arrested last week. He’s now in a Grants Pass jail, waiting to learn if a judge will revoke his probation and sentence him to nearly six years in prison.

Fleming has a history of sex-related offenses, including a 70-month prison sentence in 2003 after he tried to drag a 13-year-old girl into some bushes.
