Bend Forest Service office hours to change

Beginning next week, the Deschutes National Forest Service’s Bend-Ft. Rock Ranger District and Forest Supervisor’s Office are adjusting operating hours to be consistent with other district offices on the national forest.

Starting Monday, the Bend-Ft. Rock Ranger District and the Deschutes Supervisor’s Office, located at 63095 Deschutes Market Road in Bend, will open to the public at 8:00 a.m. and close at 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday .

As a reminder, the Cascade Lakes Welcome Station is now open on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Forest Service information and permits on the weekend. It will be open every day of the week beginning on May 30 , from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
