Police ID man fatally shot at Springfield mobile home

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (AP) – Police say they have identified a man who was shot to death at a mobile home in Springfield as 36-year-old Steven Ray Burton.

Investigators were called to the residence Friday afternoon on reports of yelling and shots fired. They arrested 30-year-old Timothy Michael Green, and they say Burton and Green knew each other.

Green is being held for investigation of murder and unlawful use of a weapon.

Authorities say Burton had no fixed address.
