COCC awards 700 degrees and certificates at drive-through ‘Car-mencement’

Last year's drive-through "car-mencement" was such a success, COCC decided to bring it back this year. Graduates were able to walk across the stage Saturday and get their picture taken. Families hopped out of their cars with proud smiles on their faces, getting videos and pictures of the special day, cheering on their graduate.
