KTVZ

Happy Friday morning, everyone!

We’ll begin the day with some clouds moving in, but that won’t last long. Temperatures to begin the day will be in the 30s and lower 40s. Winds today will be out of the southwest around 15 miles per hour. A clearing trend is ahead for the afternoon with more sunshine on the way.

Sunshine will be around for sunset, but overnight a few clouds will build into the region. We’ll see partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies tonight with a clearing by sunrise on Saturday. Lows will fall into the 20s and 30s tonight, which is a little above average. Our average overnight low for this date is 23 degrees.

Saturday will see mostly sunny skies with mild highs. Temperatures will top out in the upper 40s and low to mid 50s. A few clouds move in for Sunday, but it will still be a fairly sunny day. Highs will still be mild in the mid to upper 40s.

Beginning Monday more clouds will be overhead and our chance for showers kicks up. Rain showers are expected to arrive overnight on Monday into Tuesday. The middle of the week is looking at scattered rain showers.
