FBI agents arrest Bend man on child porn charges
FBI agents raided a Bend home Thursday and arrested a 22-year-old resident on federal child pornography charges.
The FBI, assisted by Deschutes County sheriff’s deputies, served a federal search warrant at the undisclosed Bend home of Pierce Matthew Morrow, FBI-Portland Division spokeswoman Beth Anne Steele said.
During the search, agents determined they had probable cause to arrest Morrow on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.
Morrow was taken to the county jail and held without bail on an out-of-county warrant, jail records showed. Steele said he will be taken to the federal courthouse in Eugene for an initial appearance Friday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Thomas Coffin.
