Good Monday Morning, Everyone…

We will end April on a chilly note, I’m afraid. The good news…a nice warm up is on the way.

After starting the morning under mostly cloudy skies we will see some gradual clearing through the day after a slight chance of some isolated morning showers. Highs today will only hit the mid to upper 50’s and NW breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph.

Those NW breezes will pick up to 5-15 mph this evening with gusts to 20 mph, and then become light overnight. Lows tonight will get down to freezing and a bit below, so make sure to care for those sensitive new plants you already have in the garden. Tonight’s skies will stay mostly clear.

A beautiful clearing and warming trend will start tomorrow. By Thursday we will see temps nearing 80 degrees under sunny skies. With a few extra clouds and some modest cooling we will see a chance of late day showers push in on Sunday.
